Payment Policy
All fees must be paid in full and in advance before availing any paid service on lawfinco.com.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a paid consultation for which payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation number has been issued, and the consultation has not been completed due to any reason (avoidable or unavoidable), you must notify us in writing via email at info@lawfinco.com.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or final delivery time.
Cancellation charges apply from the date your email is received.
Our Customer Service team will respond within 3 business days, and if the consultation has not been delivered by the assigned lawyer, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
Please note: A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover online transaction charges. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Bank/Credit Card).
Refund Policy
If your consultation request is accepted but later cancelled by lawfinco.com due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances, you will have the option to either:
Reschedule the consultation, or
Request a full refund.
Refunds will be processed and credited within 7 business days to your original payment method.
In case of accidental overcharging, please inform us at the earliest. We will refund the excess amount within 7 working days. If undercharged, the remaining amount will be debited from your payment account, and you will be notified accordingly.
Users must retain the Transaction ID provided at the time of booking for any service-related concerns.
lawfinco.com will not offer refunds except as specified above.
In rare cases, we may consider alternative resolutions on a case-by-case basis, ensuring fairness and customer satisfaction.
The maximum refund claimable cannot exceed the original payment made for the service on lawfinco.com.
No refunds will be processed for payments made directly to lawyers or for services not booked through lawfinco.com.
Please note again: A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all applicable refunds to cover payment gateway charges.
